My Story

The Journey Behind FAYY

The idea for FAYY was born from a simple but powerful belief:

Chinese art and heritage deserve a place at the heart of horology.

As someone who has spent most of their life outside of China, pandas have always been the strongest symbol of our family and my impression of China. They carry a universal love, yet they are often seen without truly being understood.

That's why we created Manman.

Manman is a wild giant panda who lives in our imagined world.

Through her story-growing up, exploring, feeling-she invites us to see pandas not just as icons, but as living beings with emotion, spirit, and a world of their own.

We wanted Manman to be more than a motif or an added-on value.

We wanted her to be the core.

Through the ancient art of Chinese inner painting, we freeze moments of her life inside the watch, slowing down the concept of time and turning it into something you can feel, not just see.

This is only the beginning. Our journey starts with inner painting, but our purpose is timeless: to connect heritage, artistry, and human emotion-one timepiece at a time.
